The HVCA has 3 things for you all to enjoy on Saturday 9th June 18
We start with The Hursley Hub which will be open from 0900-1200hrs. Why not join us for a drink, a bite to eat, read the papers, have a chat or just listen to the music. All welcome.
From the Hub full with yummy bacon rolls you can move of to the first HVCA Clay shoot at the Acorn Shooting Ground, Compton Manor, King’s Somborne, SO20 6QW, on Sat 9th Jun commencing at 2pm. The shoot is open to Hursley residents, aged over 9. For those who have shot before there will be a 50 clay shoot over 8 stands. For those who have not shot before instruction will be provided (subsidised by the HVCA). Those having instruction will shoot 25 clays. The instructor will provide a gun. The cost for either category will be £25.

And finally, you can see a cracking film called Darkest Hour at the HVCA Flim Club. Darkest Hour is a 2017 war drama film directed by Joe Wright and written by Anthony McCarten. It stars Gary Oldman as Winston Churchill, and is an account of his early days as Prime Minister, as Nazi Germany swept across Western Europe, threatening to defeat the United Kingdom during World War II. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30 start cost is £6 from Tash at the post office or £6.50 on the door, licensed bar and snacks available to purchase.
